Job Objective:

As a Sales Coordinator you will coordinate sales efforts, manage customer inquiries, process orders, and support the sales team to achieve targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day sales efforts.
  • Manage and track sales leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports and dashboards.

Customer Service

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Order Processing

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contracts and orders.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation and reports.
  • Assist with sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage and update customer databases.

Team Support

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and resources.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other similar fields.

IP Core Network Engineer

Job Objective:

The IP Core Network engineer is responsible for planning, designing, engineering, developing, implementing and troubleshooting infrastructure technologies on the customer-servicing core network. Needs to provide subject matter expertise around specific technologies and provide project management for the deployment of customer-servicing projects. Acts as a vendor interface for support of applications and technologies. Evaluates and implement new technologies, policies and procedures for business network operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Network Design & Implementation

  • Assess L2/L3 IP network plans, tunnel, QoS, etc., and acceptance tests for network designs.
  • Handle proof of concept testing and network design validation in test lab prior to the implementation.
  • Create capacity planning standards and guidelines for network’s continued expansion.
  • Provide core network support for access team survey of installation, testing, commissioning of customers' connectivity.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Extend technical support to events through remote and on-site troubleshooting if needed.
  • Offer technical solutions on Core network services for applications, or customer’s networks.
  • Identify changes needed in the customer-servicing infrastructure configuration to achieve the technology organization goals.
  • Analyze network and system response and determine tuning recommendations to improve performance.

Network Automation & Optimization

  • Implement network automation and scripting solutions or tools that can enhance service performance, delivery, infrastructure, etc.
  • Define requirements in support of budget plans and make recommendations for ways to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Support identification and collection of network metrics and performance reporting processes.

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Develop full suite of documentation as it relates to the customer-servicing network infrastructure (Plans, standards, diagrams, policies and procedures, etc.).
  • Actively maintain current network infrastructure to expedite the resolution process.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, where applicable.
  • Participate in industry/vendor forums to guide product development activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Solid knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, OS’s and infrastructure designs.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable on how specific infrastructures and application software are deployed in line with relevant methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and leverage their knowledge of reference architectures.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of trends and development in technology domains.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in IP networks (R&D, Architecture, and network deployment), with recognized expertise in Core Package design, integration, or support.
  • IP certifications in one or more suppliers (Linux, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper) are highly recommended.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a related field of operation.
  • Technical knowledge of BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IS-IS, VPNs, IPv6 and Firewalls is a must.
  • Knowledge of Juniper, CISCO, and Linux is a must.
  • Knowledge about network monitoring tools is a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player and result-oriented.
